The Root Alchemy Institute exists to amplify alternative systems of healing through our various approaches and methodologies for healing mental, emotional, spiritual, physical and energetic health; trauma of varying roots; spiritual crisis and awakening journeys; and what the medical field calls “psychosis” - transforming the existing conventional models into a more holistic, integrative, decolonized, depathologized, holistic, spiritual and alchemical path to healing and transformation. RAI seeks to make indigenous and ancient practices the new normal in the field of mental health and provide trainings, methodologies, services, tools, resources, information, advocacy and spaces towards this intention.

Our work has helped many people overcome struggles they thought were permanent, after conventional methods of talk therapy and medication didn’t help them - and sometimes not only kept their symptoms present for years but sometimes made them feel worse. While we know the conventional medical psychology field is useful for some, we have seen directly how it’s not designed to support healing and transformation on integrative and lasting levels.
